1. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

2. What are the shipping options available?

We offer USPS shipping options at checkout.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Please note that once the package is handed off to the carrier, we cannot be responsible for delivery times.

4. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the shipping destination. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

6. What is your return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy. Returns are free. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Custom products, sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. Please contact us at contact@seaglassdecals.com to initiate a return. We will email you a pre-paid shipping label. Just pack up your item, attach the label and drop it off at the post office or hand it to your mail carrier. Please note that packages cannot be dropped into mail boxes.

7. How do I request a refund?

Once we've received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

8. What should I do if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost during transit due to an error on the part of the carrier or if an incorrect address was entered at checkout, we are not responsible. If your package is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

9. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
